Vendor Delivery Manager, I developed and documented a new Decommissioning
process on a global scale for the entire company to follow. I
interviewed members of all groups that were involved in the process of
working the decommission request, so that I could analyze existing work to
perform root cause analysis of failure points that would hinder the work from
progressing. The decommissioning process was for various types of data
circuits, from 10G leased waves, dark fiber, peering, site’s, space’s, cross
connects, to power and more. While I was developing and documenting the
